[Python-Dev] Critique of PEP 502 (String Interpolation Redux)

That could be helpful and done without too much work, adding in the best 
practices and PEP8 guidelines that have been asked for in other threads.

Are people interested in a "rationale and best practices" for string 
interpolation pep?
