Third attempt to get the notes to format correctly! Sorry, this is only my first or second time to edit Python docs
Huh! Trial and error here to get the LC_MESSAGE note to indent correctly, and stop the nl_langinfo note from subsuming all the content below.

I had some trouble getting the notes to indent and format correctly. I think the preview was taking some time to regenerate, so it looked like my changes weren't having any effect so I ended up making some unnecessary commits. I think it is all good now. |

Cleaned up description of nl_langinfo()
Used 'systems' instead of 'operating systems' and 'platforms' in a couple of places for more consistency of terminology.
