Important

This is a follow-up of Java: Introduce a common sanitizer type for types which cannot realistically carry taint. See that PR for additional context.

Adds the java.util.UUID and java.util.Date classes to the list of types for that are considered safe in the SimpleScalarSanitizer class in the semmle.code.java.security.dataflow.CommonSanitizers library.

The `SimpleScalarSanitizer` class represents common scalar types which
cannot realistically carry taint (e.g. primitives/numbers, and
eventually UUIDs and Dates)
