The `SimpleScalarSanitizer` class represents common scalar types which cannot realistically carry taint (e.g. primitives/numbers, and eventually UUIDs and Dates)

Adds the
java.util.UUIDandjava.util.Dateclasses to the list of types for that are considered safe in theSimpleScalarSanitizerclass in thesemmle.code.java.security.dataflow.CommonSanitizerslibrary.
