Add MambuPy to the list of projects

We are planning to drop python 2.7 support somewhere next year, 2018, or 2019 as far late.

What is Mambu, by the way? The readme for MambuPy says it's for accessing Mambu APIs, but I have no idea what they are! ;-)

Mambu is a cloud platform which lets you rapidly build, integrate, launch and service any lending portfolio into any market, it's used a lot by microfinance institutions around the world.

they have semi-official APIs that use those in java. AFAIK, MambuPy is the only one in python, I've seen other project there but not so complete (even though MambuPy is far from complete :'v )
