    Today, I celebrate the life of my father, who took his own life 46 years ago as he succumbed to mental illness. He shared a birthday with Trinidad and Tobago Independence Day 🇹🇹 & participated in the ceremony as a mounted branch police officer. He will always be loved & missed.
