Hi,
Under what conditions (if at all) can I dissect or share the raw data?
I could not find this information in this repo or on the survey results, or in the linked Google Drive folder.

If you follow the link in the Raw Data section you get here:
https://drive.google.com/drive/u/1/folders/1SxFwVpsRFig-h1WXfGcBlhBVdEVQElw7
you can see the License.txt file which tells the data is under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Public License.
