The use of quotation marks in the Guide was not consistent, so I tried to apply the following rules to improve this: - Single quotation marks for names and special characters. (mostly when used for the first time in a section, or when specifically referring to it as a name or special character.) - Double marks for emphasis of regular words/sentences or actual quotes. - Punctuation outside of marks unless part of original quote.

If different or extra changes could be of value here, I'm happy to help.👍
