Make the maximum number of multi-run queries a configurable amount

#462 introduced multi-running queries, where a user can select multiple queries and run them all at once. For now, we have a semi-arbitrary limit of 20 simultaneous queries. We add this for performance reasons.

This issue is about making this number configurable by the user.
