Modular testing compose are failing
The modular composes that pushes updates to testing have been failing with the following trace back.

- Exception in the celery update handler.
- UpdateReadyForTestingV1 needs to be sent only for rpm build updates
- Close the db session when the approve_testing tasks succeed
- Rawhide single build update with conflicting build in the buildroot make approve testing crash.
- Docs are not served in stg
- Package python module independently
