    🇲🇦 was the first African chapter. It was founded in April 1995. We are proud of their previous projects like “Cyber School”, “IPV6 Task Force”, and “Internet can be learned”. We want to thank this chapter for their work 🙏 شكرا لكم.

    Step 2: Evaluate and analyze the proposed change. Summarize your analysis as you go. Dive deep on the impacts.
    Step 3: Write the beginning and the end. Up to this point you should have a high-level analysis of the problem. It is now time to turn your thinking into a document that allows others to share in your assessment. Write the abstract. Write the analysis.
