This event was held on March 16, 2016. Participants from 17 member states, associated members of CITEL and other important guests joined the workshop.
Mr. Hugo Romero, Coordinator of the Workshop and Rapporteur on fraud Control, regulatory non-compliance practices in telecommunications and regional measures agains the theft of mobile terminal devices of CITEL in conjunction with Mr. Brunos Ramos of ITU Regional Director for the Americas Regional Office of the ITU, and the special guest speakers addressed the topics and generated a framework of talks and focused dialogue in this important topic for the region.
