Margarita (Maggie) Foster joined the Internet Society as a Human Resources Manager in February 2015. She has over 8 years of providing customized HR solutions for businesses from different industries. She began her career working in the commercial construction industry and prior to joining ISOC, she provided customized HR solutions to multistate for-profit and non-profit organizations as an HR Specialist with a Professional Employer Organization (PEO). 

Maggie holds an MBA with concentration in Human Resources and a Bachelors of Business Administration. She also holds the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.

Maggie is based in Reston, Virginia, USA.
