It is inspiring and suitable to study particularly for a person who works like my job in the administration and working with employees.. The employees are of course an important part of an organization and I would say the backbone of any enterprise and the employer has to give much care to train and improve the their well being and should not give a deaf ear to their requests of better salary, health care and benefits to work with moral and expertise. Further, the employer has to care their welfare, rewards on excellent performance and career development to upgrade their level in occupation. On other hand the employees has to be loyal and has to be skilled or ready to learn and improve their skills.
In fact, the good employees are the wealth of the organization and if they carry their duties well and with responsibility and meet their planned targets of company, the organization will leap forward and be successful in its business or production etc. otherwise if the employees are not performing as planned the company will fail to reach its target and will be in loss. The human resources manager and the management as well are responsible of employees productivity, carrying out objectives of the company and safeguarding legislation therein.
Further, the human resource manager has to communicate with the employees individually and see each persons qualities and try to understand the good and bad of each and should correct where applicable and improve the performance of each accordingly and if necessary in good approach or change where suitable and make replacement.
Finally, Human resource development and management is to build a better understanding on how to have a better employment relations or relationship in the workforce, which in turn is human resources responsibility in the organization and has to bring out the best work ethic of the employees and therefore making a move to a better working environment. The strategic planning component came into play as a result of companies recognizing the need to consider HR needs in goals and strategies.
The course covers the above and more and is useful to both the organizations and the employees / workforce.
Thanks you.
