Whether you want to distribute a project, have mirror links or required network support, Hosted@ is the service we provide to assist you in your endeavor. ISC’s main data centers in the San Francisco Bay Area are available to qualified public benefit projects. Among the services available include rack space and power, connectivity, remote hands, and web hosting. To report errors or omissions, or if you’re interested, send mail to [email protected]
How to be part of Hosted@?
Contact us through our contact form and select “Hosted@” as subject title. Share with us the goal and aim of your project, and what support you need. Hosted@ requires minimum amount of funding for utility charges. Discounts for qualifying organizations and projects are available to select groups with limited funding.
How much does it cost?
Our cost calculation is based on power, but since we are also cooling and providing hands support, we charge an overhead. A modern 1U server will be around $50/month or $600/year. Any installation costs such as power strips, servers, hard drives, memory, etc. that ISC needs to purchase to provide the service, will be charged up front as a non-recurring fee.
