UPDATED UDRP RULES
As of July 31, 2015 updated UDRP Rules and WIPO Supplemental Rules are in effect. These updates impact complaint filing modalities, model pleadings, registrar “locking” of domain names during pending UDRP proceedings, and party settlement practices. Please contact the WIPO Center at [email protected] with any questions.The WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center provides time- and cost-efficient mechanisms to resolve internet domain name disputes, without the need for court litigation. This service includes the WIPO-initiated Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP), under which the WIPO Center has processed over 30,000 cases.
