I run a STEM NGO www.techygirls.org and i have discovered that if care is not taken and the 'catch-them-young' strategy used, the interest of young girls in STEM carriers dwindles. I also from experience ,realize that robotics is a method of getting them interested. They keep playing not knowing they are doing all STEM courses combined!
