DevNet now offers two types of support for developers creating solutions using Cisco APIs:

Free to any logged-in DevNet member. Simply log in and post your questions in the appropriate forum.

Solution Partner Program Members: Login to open a support ticket.
To work with a Cisco Engineer, all developers can purchase Support Tickets for selected technologies with a Credit Card or a Purchase Order.
