About the RIPE NCC
The Réseaux IP Européens Network Coordination Centre (RIPE NCC) is an independent, not-for-profit membership organisation that supports the infrastructure of the Internet through technical
coordination in its service region.
Our Activities
The most prominent activity of the RIPE NCC is to act as the Regional Internet Registry (RIR) providing global Internet resources and related services (IPv4, IPv6 and AS Number resources) to members in the RIPE NCC service region.

Our usual Amsterdam office hours are from Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00 (UTC+1).
Our usual Dubai office hours are from Sunday-Thursday, 09:00-17:00 (UTC+3).
Executive Board
RIPE NCC members elect the Executive Board to represent the membership and provide guidance to the RIPE NCC Senior Management.
General Meetings
The General Meeting (GM) is the forum where RIPE NCC Members discuss the operations and activities of the RIPE NCC.
