Holiday season potpourri from the Launchpad Online!
Happy Holidays to developers from Google engineer +wesley chun and the Launchpad Online (http://goo.gl/kFMUa6) developer video series! In the most recent episode (http://goo.gl/a6i9ci), we showed you how to list the files on your Google Drive after learning the boilerplate authorization code necessary to work with Google APIs. In the three new episodes we’re announcing today, let’s temporarily put aside raw API access to look at a variety of other Google developer tools. We start with this introduction (http://goo.gl/1sXeuD) to Google Apps Script, our cloud-based JavaScript environment that gives you access to Google Apps data as well as other Google services.

The next episode (http://goo.gl/GuH3L4) shows how you can enhance your customers’ experience by simply adding markup to the email messages you’re already sending them. The third episode (http://goo.gl/j553Wf) inspires you to create the next killer app and change the world starting with just 10 lines of code leveraging Google App Engine and #Python. Enjoy the holidays, and we look forward to helping get up-to-speed on many other Google APIs and developer tools in 2015!  #launchpadonline

This year people searched for everything under the sun and beyond, from distant comets to tiny burritos. And they asked Google important questions like “where do we come from?” and “should I get married?”

That’s why today we’re launching our annual #YearinSearch, a look back at the searches, questions and moments that defined 2014.

Watch the film, explore the site and relive the year along the way. g.co/2014  http://goo.gl/kKOek4

Async code just got a easier to write and read, with Dart's new implementation of async/await. Also new in the 2nd edition of the Ecma-408 Dart specification: enums and deferred loading. Enjoy!

So it looks like +Todd Kerpelman is working on a series of videos for iOS developers. But it's okay. You can still watch it on a Nexus 6.
