I can't update my application's icon anymore.
I just tried to upload a 2 KB PNG, the site kept telling me "It seems you did not upload a valid image. Only PNG, GIF and JPEG formats are supported."
This feature is constantly broken, what gives?

I repeatedly tried updating the icon and it just now reverted to an even older one. What's going on?
