About Enhanced Profile Pages

What are enhanced profile pages?

Enhanced profile pages are a way for select users to showcase their best content on their Twitter profiles. They are designed to provide an engaging experience for users interacting with these profile pages and a destination for brands and partners on Twitter.

How do I know if I’m looking at an enhanced profile page?

  • Enhanced profile pages will display a 835 x 90 pixel header image right below the account information.
  • You may see a Tweet labeled as “Promoted” at the top of the user’s timeline.

Why do I see a Promoted Tweet on a profile page?

    • Users with enhanced profile pages may choose to promote a Tweet to the top of their timeline in order to highlight their most interesting and engaging content. These Tweets will be clearly marked as “Promoted.”
    • The Promoted Tweet will be auto-expanded, and will display media such as a photo or video if the Tweet includes a link to media content from a partner provider.
    • For more information about Promoted Tweets, please read this help article.

How can I get an enhanced profile page?

Currently, enhanced profile pages are only available to a small selection of brands and partners. We are not able to accept public requests for enhanced profile pages at this time.
