The GET statuses/public_timeline is not updating. I've been getting the same 20 statuses since Wed Feb 15 21:46:26 +0000 2012. Always starting with 169900399585792000. I have checked other sites that use the public timeline (twitter spy) and they are getting the same thing. No updates for 16 hours.

- This is a transient issue that will be repaired later today. Consider using the sampling endpoint of the Streaming API instead of this endpoint with limited value.
