When I go to the Connect page https://twitter.com/#!/i/connect on my profile. It loads and reloads constantly, only displaying the home page for a split second before disappearing. I have used both Firefox and Opera. After a few minutes of non-stop refreshing, I get a "The connection was reset" error in Firefox.
