Hi - we have an application that was suspended 3 days ago. We did not receive an email when it was and found out from others using it. Then per the steps - we sent an email to api@twitter.com with all the requested details asked for here - https://support.twitter.com/articles/72585. But we have not heard the problem behind the suspension. We would really like to fix whatever is wrong because this is causing a really bad experience for users.
Please let us know what we can do.

After emailing api@twitter.com did you get an email response back that you had to then respond to to establish a ticket #? If so, do you have that ticket #? We can't discuss particular suspensions here, but I'm happy to help you make sure you're in the right process and queue.
