I cannot access any of the tabs (Details, Settings, OAuth Tool, etc.) in my developer account apps page (https://dev.twitter.com/apps): I get "Invalid auth/bad request (got a 403, expected HTTP/1.1 20X or a redirect)". The ownership of the app (MoodPik) was recently transferred to me (@djekwa).
