I am trying to get my account verified because I have a lot of problems with people impersonating me. I am not able to get more followers, due to the fact Twitter users do not believe it is the real me.

Hello, I am trying to to get my Twitter account verified for two reasons. One reason being that I am a bassist in a punk/post-hardcore band from the Boston area, and people are trying to get in contact with me for show information, signings, etc. The last, most important reason, is that I tweet about causes such as "To Write Love On Her Arms", "NOH8", etc. And I also tweet inspirational quotes and some of my, what I consider, unique lyrics. I know that the tweet's aren't the most important thing, but I'm trying to get known and start a progression with my music. Thank you - Kara Webster
