No, NOW it is =)
added /DEMOS/M-R/Photographic.sid and /MUSICIANS/D/Dr_Coldcut/Cross_Intro.sid which are already in HVSC, not missing. Probably miscredited.

the tango&cash tune is actually /MUSICIANS/D/Dr_Coldcut/Cross_Intro.sid but the binary from here says "BY TANGO & CASH/CROSS"
Cross_Intro.sid says "(C) Dr.Coldcut of CROSS!!" (from Audio Collection)
Did they steal tunes from each other inside the same team? =)
