Had the full pic in my mind and just had to draw it out. Also, didn't use C64 Raster Effect Editor 1.4.1 this time, because I needed top/bottom in different colors, so, I threw up some dirty busy-waits to create the extensions into the border.
Layout was there from the beginning and I also had Stan's size right from the start. Started with the "Stan" logo, than Stan himself and a crude shelf. Hats on the shelf got recreated from the other pics and then it was just some rounds of tweaking.
