Add support for cursor cask on Linux

Description of issue

I'm running Bluefin, which funnels people to use either Flatpaks (which Cursor doesn't distribute) or homebew. I want to use Cursor, but I'm getting this:

Error: macOS is required for this software.

How can I help in making this formula Linux compatible?

Happy to make a PR if given some guidance. I'm also happy to be told to use an LLM to figure it out, but wanted to reach out before I send potential slop your way.

Only fonts and simple binary casks are supported, no AppImage, .deb, or .rpm. Not sure if you can help much but you can take a look at PRs that tried to add AppImage support before: https://github.com/Homebrew/brew/pulls?q=is%3Apr+appimage

Bluefin maintainers provide the third-party experimental tap which has Cursor for Linux. Maybe you can use it for now: https://github.com/ublue-os/homebrew-experimental-tap
