Crypto for Kids

The Science Festival is a biannual event organized by the FNR and other organizations involved in research in Luxembourg. In the years without Science Festival the Researchers Days take place, which are also co-organized by the FNR. Both events aim to promote science and research in Luxembourg and to encourage young people as well as the general public to become interested in and curious about science and technology. The CryptoLux group is committed to stimulate interest and enthusiasm for cryptography, security, and anonymity among children and adolescents---the scientists of tomorrow. We have organized workshops for various editions of the Science Festival and Researchers Days for which we prepared games and puzzles to illustrate some basic principles of our research in a fun and entertaining way.
