Section 2.4 says:

As a result, not only is there no limit to what a host may do, but

It should say:

As a result, not only there is no limit to what a host may do, but

Notes:

1. 'is' in the first part of the sentence is not at the correct place.

2. 'after the event' is making the sentence improper.
