Hi! I'm involved in the Free Software/culture movement.

I'm head of partnerships at Software Heritage, a initiative to preserve all published source code.

I worked for One Laptop Per Child in 2008 and Wikimédia France in 2010. I joined the public sector and worked as a Free Software Officer at Etalab from 2018 to 2021 then at the Interministerial Digital Directorate from 2021 to 2025, where I was responsible for code.gouv.fr.

And also

I participate in the BlueHats movement 🧢, the supporters of Free Software in the public sector. And I still care about some of the initiatives that I contributed to.

I sometimes give talks where I share these experiences.
