    Ultroid

    Ultroid

Telegram UserBot, Built in Python Using Telethon lib

Ultroid, a pluggable telegram userbot, made in python using Telethon! Ultroid has been written from scratch, making it more stable and less crashes. Ultroid warns you when you try to install/execute dangerous stuff (people nowadays make plugins to hack user accounts, Ultroid is safe). Unlike many others userbots that are being suspended by Heroku, Ultroid doesn't get suspended. Ultroid has been written from scratch, making it more stable and less of crashes. Error handling been done in the best way possible, such that the bot doesn't crash and stop all of a sudden. Ultroid has minimal amount of plugins (just the necessary ones) in the main repository, and all the other less-useful stuff in the addons repository. This facilitates quick deployments and lag-free use. Ultroid can install any plugin from the most of the other 'userbots' without any issue.

    Kornia

    Kornia

Open Source Differentiable Computer Vision Library

Kornia is a differentiable computer vision library for PyTorch. It consists of a set of routines and differentiable modules to solve generic computer vision problems. At its core, the package uses PyTorch as its main backend both for efficiency and to take advantage of the reverse-mode auto-differentiation to define and compute the gradient of complex functions. Inspired by existing packages, this library is composed by a subset of packages containing operators that can be inserted within neural networks to train models to perform image transformations, epipolar geometry, depth estimation, and low-level image processing such as filtering and edge detection that operate directly on tensors. With Kornia we fill the gap between classical and deep computer vision that implements standard and advanced vision algorithms for AI. Our libraries and initiatives are always according to the community needs.

    TensorFlow

    TensorFlow

TensorFlow is an open source library for machine learning

Originally developed by Google for internal use, TensorFlow is an open source platform for machine learning. Available across all common operating systems (desktop, server and mobile), TensorFlow provides stable APIs for Python and C as well as APIs that are not guaranteed to be backwards compatible or are 3rd party for a variety of other languages. The platform can be easily deployed on multiple CPUs, GPUs and Google's proprietary chip, the tensor processing unit (TPU). TensorFlow expresses its computations as dataflow graphs, with each node in the graph representing an operation. Nodes take tensors—multidimensional arrays—as input and produce tensors as output. The framework allows for these algorithms to be run in C++ for better performance, while the multiple levels of APIs let the user determine how high or low they wish the level of abstraction to be in the models produced. Tensorflow can also be used for research and production with TensorFlow Extended.

    AudioCraft

    AudioCraft

Audiocraft is a library for audio processing and generation

AudioCraft is a PyTorch library for text-to-audio and text-to-music generation, packaging research models and tooling for training and inference. It includes MusicGen for music generation conditioned on text (and optionally melody) and AudioGen for text-conditioned sound effects and environmental audio. Both models operate over discrete audio tokens produced by a neural codec (EnCodec), which acts like a tokenizer for waveforms and enables efficient sequence modeling. The repo provides inference scripts, checkpoints, and simple Python APIs so you can generate clips from prompts or incorporate the models into applications. It also contains training code and recipes, so researchers can fine-tune on custom data or explore new objectives without building infrastructure from scratch. Example notebooks, CLI tools, and audio utilities help with prompt design, conditioning on reference audio, and post-processing to produce ready-to-share outputs.

    Prompt Engineering Interactive Tutorial

    Prompt Engineering Interactive Tutorial

    Anthropic's Interactive Prompt Engineering Tutorial

Prompt-eng-interactive-tutorial is a comprehensive, hands-on tutorial that teaches the craft of prompt engineering with Claude through guided, executable lessons. It starts with the anatomy of a good prompt and moves into techniques that deliver the “80/20” gains—separating instructions from data, specifying schemas, and setting evaluation criteria. The course leans heavily on realistic failure modes (ambiguity, hallucination, brittle instructions) and shows how to iteratively debug prompts the way you would debug code. Lessons include building prompts from scratch for common tasks like extraction, classification, transformation, and step-by-step reasoning, with checkpoints that let you compare your outputs against solid baselines. You’ll also practice advanced patterns such as tool use, constrained generation, and response validation so outputs are trustworthy and machine-consumable.

    PyTorch Geometric

    PyTorch Geometric

Geometric deep learning extension library for PyTorch

It consists of various methods for deep learning on graphs and other irregular structures, also known as geometric deep learning, from a variety of published papers. In addition, it consists of an easy-to-use mini-batch loader for many small and single giant graphs, a large number of common benchmark datasets (based on simple interfaces to create your own), and helpful transforms, both for learning on arbitrary graphs as well as on 3D meshes or point clouds. We have outsourced a lot of functionality of PyTorch Geometric to other packages, which needs to be additionally installed. These packages come with their own CPU and GPU kernel implementations based on C++/CUDA extensions. We do not recommend installation as root user on your system python. Please setup an Anaconda/Miniconda environment or create a Docker image. We provide pip wheels for all major OS/PyTorch/CUDA combinations.

    Rasa

    Rasa

Open source machine learning framework to automate text conversations

Rasa is an open source machine learning framework to automate text-and voice-based conversations. With Rasa, you can build contextual assistants on Facebook Messenger, Slack, Google Hangouts, Webex Teams, Microsoft Bot Framework, Rocket.Chat, Mattermost, Telegram, and Twilio or on your own custom conversational channels. Rasa helps you build contextual assistants capable of having layered conversations with lots of back-and-forths. In order for a human to have a meaningful exchange with a contextual assistant, the assistant needs to be able to use context to build on things that were previously discussed. Rasa enables you to build assistants that can do this in a scalable way. Rasa uses Poetry for packaging and dependency management. If you want to build it from the source, you have to install Poetry first. By default, Poetry will try to use the currently activated Python version to create the virtual environment for the current project automatically.

    Courses (Anthropic)

    Courses (Anthropic)

    Anthropic's educational courses

Anthropic’s courses repository is a growing collection of self-paced learning materials that teach practical AI skills using Claude and the Anthropic API. It’s organized as a sequence of hands-on courses—starting with API fundamentals and prompt engineering—so learners build capability step by step rather than in isolation. Each course mixes short readings with runnable notebooks and exercises, guiding you through concepts like model parameters, streaming, multimodal prompts, structured outputs, and evaluation. Assignments emphasize realistic tasks such as building small utilities, testing prompts against edge cases, and measuring quality so you learn to ship things that work. The materials are written for developers but remain friendly to newcomers, with clear setup instructions and minimal boilerplate. Because the repo is live and maintained, lessons are updated as the SDK and models evolve, and issues are used to track fixes, clarifications, and new modules.

    Groq Python

    Groq Python

The official Python Library for the Groq API

Groq Python is the official Python SDK for the Groq REST API, giving Python developers straightforward access to Groq’s LLM, chat, audio, and other AI services. Through this library, you can call Groq’s models from Python code — for example to request chat completions, code generation, transcription, or any supported endpoint — using idiomatic Python syntax. The SDK handles authentication (via environment variable or parameter), defines proper type-safe request/response data types, and supports both synchronous and asynchronous usage patterns depending on your application needs. This makes it easy to integrate Groq-powered AI capabilities into backend services, data pipelines, research notebooks, or applications written in Python. For those building AI-based tooling, automation scripts, or ML-backed backends, groq-python abstracts away HTTP request plumbing and exposes a clean API, accelerating development and reducing boilerplate.

    Haiku

    Haiku

    JAX-based neural network library

Haiku is a library built on top of JAX designed to provide simple, composable abstractions for machine learning research. Haiku is a simple neural network library for JAX that enables users to use familiar object-oriented programming models while allowing full access to JAX’s pure function transformations. Haiku is designed to make the common things we do such as managing model parameters and other model state simpler and similar in spirit to the Sonnet library that has been widely used across DeepMind. It preserves Sonnet’s module-based programming model for state management while retaining access to JAX’s function transformations. Haiku can be expected to compose with other libraries and work well with the rest of JAX. Similar to Sonnet modules, Haiku modules are Python objects that hold references to their own parameters, other modules, and methods that apply functions on user inputs.

    Skater

    Skater

    Python library for model interpretation/explanations

Skater is a unified framework to enable Model Interpretation for all forms of the model to help one build an Interpretable machine learning system often needed for real-world use-cases(** we are actively working towards to enabling faithful interpretability for all forms models). It is an open-source python library designed to demystify the learned structures of a black box model both globally(inference on the basis of a complete data set) and locally(inference about an individual prediction). The concept of model interpretability in the field of machine learning is still new, largely subjective, and, at times, controversial. Model interpretation is the ability to explain and validate the decisions of a predictive model to enable fairness, accountability, and transparency in algorithmic decision-making. The library has embraced object-oriented and functional programming paradigms as deemed necessary to provide scalability and concurrency while keeping code brevity in mind.

    DIG

    DIG

A library for graph deep learning research

The key difference with current graph deep learning libraries, such as PyTorch Geometric (PyG) and Deep Graph Library (DGL), is that, while PyG and DGL support basic graph deep learning operations, DIG provides a unified testbed for higher level, research-oriented graph deep learning tasks, such as graph generation, self-supervised learning, explainability, 3D graphs, and graph out-of-distribution. If you are working or plan to work on research in graph deep learning, DIG enables you to develop your own methods within our extensible framework, and compare with current baseline methods using common datasets and evaluation metrics without extra efforts. It includes unified implementations of data interfaces, common algorithms, and evaluation metrics for several advanced tasks. Our goal is to enable researchers to easily implement and benchmark algorithms.

    Face Alignment

    Face Alignment

2D and 3D Face alignment library build using pytorch

Detect facial landmarks from Python using the world's most accurate face alignment network, capable of detecting points in both 2D and 3D coordinates. Build using FAN's state-of-the-art deep learning-based face alignment method. For numerical evaluations, it is highly recommended to use the lua version which uses identical models with the ones evaluated in the paper. More models will be added soon. By default, the package will use the SFD face detector. However, the users can alternatively use dlib, BlazeFace, or pre-existing ground truth bounding boxes. While not required, for optimal performance(especially for the detector) it is highly recommended to run the code using a CUDA-enabled GPU. While here the work is presented as a black box, if you want to know more about the intrisecs of the method please check the original paper either on arxiv or my webpage.

    Fairseq

    Fairseq

Facebook AI Research Sequence-to-Sequence Toolkit written in Python

Fairseq(-py) is a sequence modeling toolkit that allows researchers and developers to train custom models for translation, summarization, language modeling and other text generation tasks. We provide reference implementations of various sequence modeling papers. Recent work by Microsoft and Google has shown that data parallel training can be made significantly more efficient by sharding the model parameters and optimizer state across data parallel workers. These ideas are encapsulated in the new FullyShardedDataParallel (FSDP) wrapper provided by fairscale. Fairseq can be extended through user-supplied plug-ins. Models define the neural network architecture and encapsulate all of the learnable parameters. Criterions compute the loss function given the model outputs and targets. Tasks store dictionaries and provide helpers for loading/iterating over Datasets, initializing the Model/Criterion and calculating the loss.
