Official inference repo for FLUX.1 models

FLUX.1 repository contains inference code and tooling for the FLUX.1 text-to-image diffusion models, enabling developers and researchers to generate and edit images from natural-language prompts using open-weight versions of the model on their own hardware or within custom applications. The project is part of a larger family of FLUX models developed by Black Forest Labs, designed to produce high-quality, detailed visuals from text descriptions with competitive prompt adherence and artistic fidelity. This repo focuses on running the open-source model variants efficiently, providing scripts, model loading logic, and examples for local installations, and supports integration with Python toolchains like PyTorch and popular generative pipelines. Users can launch CLI tools to generate images, experiment with different FLUX variants, and extend the base code for research-oriented applications.

    Heretic

    Heretic

Fully automatic censorship removal for language models

Heretic is an open-source Python tool that automatically removes the built-in censorship or “safety alignment” from transformer-based language models so they respond to a broader range of prompts with fewer refusals. It works by applying directional ablation techniques and a parameter optimization strategy to adjust internal model behaviors without expensive post-training or altering the core capabilities. Designed for researchers and advanced users, Heretic makes it possible to study and experiment with uncensored model responses in a reproducible, automated way. The project can decensor many popular dense and some mixture-of-experts (MoE) models, supporting workflows that would otherwise require manual tuning. Beyond simple decensoring, Heretic includes research-oriented options for analyzing model internals and interpretability data.

    LabelImg

    LabelImg

Graphical image annotation tool and label object bounding boxes

LabelImg is a graphical image annotation tool. It is written in Python and uses Qt for its graphical interface. Annotations are saved as XML files in PASCAL VOC format, the format used by ImageNet. Besides, it also supports YOLO and CreateML formats. Linux/Ubuntu/Mac requires at least Python 2.6 and has been tested with PyQt 4.8. However, Python 3 or above and PyQt5 are strongly recommended. Virtualenv can avoid a lot of the QT / Python version issues. Build and launch using the instructions. Click 'Change default saved annotation folder' in Menu/File. Click 'Open Dir'. Click 'Create RectBox'. Click and release left mouse to select a region to annotate the rect box. You can use right mouse to drag the rect box to copy or move it. The annotation will be saved to the folder you specify. You can refer to the hotkeys to speed up your workflow.

    Fish Speech

    Fish Speech

    SOTA Open Source TTS

Fish Speech is a state-of-the-art open-source text-to-speech project that has evolved into the OpenAudio series of advanced TTS models. The repository hosts the code and tooling for training, fine-tuning, and serving high-quality TTS, while the current flagship models (OpenAudio-S1 and S1-mini) are distributed via Fish Audio’s playground and Hugging Face. The models are evaluated with Seed TTS metrics and achieve exceptionally low word and character error rates, indicating strong intelligibility and alignment between text and audio. Fish Speech emphasizes expressive and controllable voices: it supports a long list of emotion tags, tone markers, and special audio effect markers that can be embedded in the text to drive prosody and vocal style, from basic emotions to nuanced states like sarcastic, conciliative, or hysterical. The system is multilingual and cross-lingual, handling multiple languages in a single input without explicit phoneme markup, and is trained on large-scale datasets.

Open source AI VTuber platform with voice chat and Live2D avatars

Open-LLM-VTuber is an open source platform designed to create AI-powered VTuber characters that can interact with users through voice and animated avatars. It enables hands-free conversations with large language models by combining speech recognition, language processing, and text-to-speech synthesis into a single system. Users can speak directly to the AI character, and the system can respond with a generated voice while animating a Live2D avatar to simulate a talking virtual personality. Open-LLM-VTuber is modular, allowing developers to swap or configure different language models, speech recognition engines, and voice synthesis systems depending on their needs. It can run locally and supports both offline and online AI services, giving users flexibility in how models and resources are used. Open-LLM-VTuber was originally inspired by the goal of recreating an AI VTuber experience using open source tools that work across multiple operating systems.

The agent that grows with you

Hermes Agent is a fully open-source autonomous AI agent designed to run persistently on your own machine or server, becoming more capable the longer it operates by learning from experience and building reusable procedural skills. Rather than functioning as a stateless chatbot, it maintains long-term memory across sessions and can generate searchable “Skill Documents” that capture how it solved complex tasks so it doesn’t start from scratch each time. The agent interfaces with messaging platforms like Telegram, Discord, Slack, and WhatsApp through a single gateway process, and also offers an interactive terminal user interface with history, autocomplete, and streamable tool output. It supports scheduled automation in natural language, allowing users to set up recurring tasks such as daily briefings or system audits that it runs unattended.

    Whisper

    Whisper

Robust Speech Recognition via Large-Scale Weak Supervision

OpenAI Whisper is a general-purpose speech recognition model. It is trained on a large dataset of diverse audio and is also a multitasking model that can perform multilingual speech recognition, speech translation, and language identification. A Transformer sequence-to-sequence model is trained on various speech processing tasks, including multilingual speech recognition, speech translation, spoken language identification, and voice activity detection. These tasks are jointly represented as a sequence of tokens to be predicted by the decoder, allowing a single model to replace many stages of a traditional speech-processing pipeline. The multitask training format uses a set of special tokens that serve as task specifiers or classification targets.

    WhisperJAV

    WhisperJAV

Uses Qwen3-ASR, local LLM, Whisper, TEN-VAD

WhisperJAV is an open-source speech transcription pipeline designed specifically for generating subtitles for Japanese adult video content. The project addresses challenges that standard speech recognition models face when transcribing this type of audio, which often includes low signal-to-noise ratios and large numbers of non-verbal vocalizations. Traditional automatic speech recognition systems can misinterpret these sounds as words, leading to inaccurate transcripts. WhisperJAV introduces a specialized pipeline that separates text generation from timestamp alignment, allowing the system to generate transcripts and then align them with audio using forced alignment techniques. The framework supports several speech recognition models, including Qwen-based ASR systems and fine-tuned Whisper models trained on domain-specific dialogue.

    yt-fts

    yt-fts

Search all of YouTube from the command line

yt-fts, short for YouTube Full Text Search, is an open-source command-line tool that enables users to search the spoken content of YouTube videos by indexing their subtitles. The program automatically downloads subtitles from a specified YouTube channel using the yt-dlp utility and stores them in a local SQLite database. Once indexed, users can perform full-text searches across all transcripts to quickly locate keywords or phrases mentioned within the videos. The tool returns search results with timestamps and direct links to the exact moment in the video where the phrase occurs. In addition to traditional keyword search, the system supports experimental semantic search capabilities using embeddings from AI services and vector databases. This allows users to search videos by meaning rather than only exact keywords.
