Description: transitional package for firebird-dev
Firebird development files are shipped only with the latest packaged major
version, 2.5. The firebird API is always backwards compatible, so there
should be no issues building with the newest headers. This dummy package is
provided to ease the transition for packages build-depending on
firebird2.1-dev.
