 These are modular XSL stylesheets for processing documents composed
 with the DocBook XML DTD.

 The stylesheets provide XSLT transformations to produce LaTeX2e
 output. This can be further processed into formats such as DVI,
 PostScript, and PDF (using e.g. pdflatex).

 The stylesheets are modular in the sense that you can extend and, to
 some extent, customize them.  Please note, that this software is
 still somewhat experimental.  It may be necessary to hack in both XSL
 and LaTeX to make it work for your purpose.
