Congratulations to Web Services(11) for dropping down to only 11 modules to go; their strategy of steadily plugging away at a module at a time has dropped Tomcat(12) and XML(12) into last place.
Mark Thomas' 5-step plan for Tomcat threatens to leave XML in its dust, so can the federation pull themselves together to put the heat on Logging(8) and Tcl(8)?
