Hi all, apologies for the delay here, the chairs were busy gathering
feedback.

We've consulted with our AD, and given the comments (+ no objections) we've
received during WGLC, we believe there is consensus for the architecture
draft to proceed.

Brendan, please upload a new I-D addressing comments that were received.
