# 管理额外 Copilot 预算的请求

批准、调整或拒绝来自已用完其预算中所有 AI credits 的成员的请求。

当成员用完其所有可用的 AI credits 时，他们将无法使用会消耗 AI credits 的 Copilot 功能，并且可以申请增加。

请求会发送到支付该预算的账户。 针对组织所拥有预算的请求会在组织设置中进行审核，针对企业所拥有预算的请求会在企业设置中进行审核。

## 审核请求

1. 导航到你的组织或企业。 例如，从 GitHub.com 上的[组织](https://github.com/settings/organizations?ref_product=copilot&ref_type=engagement&ref_style=text)或[企业](https://github.com/settings/enterprises?ref_product=copilot&ref_type=engagement&ref_style=text)页面。

1. 若要批准请求，请为每个请求设置一个新金额，选择请求，然后单击“ **批准”并增加**。

批准请求会将成员的预算设置为输入的金额，并还原其访问权限 AI credits。
