script to update a remote MoinMoin Wiki using XmlRpc. The source of an
update can be

  * Plain files in Wiki markup

  * Recent changes in another Wiki

  This is very useful if you are offline but still want to work in a
  local (slave) Wiki and update the remote (master) Wiki when you are
  online again.
