Currently, bugs are listed in a wikipage - https://moinmo.in/MoinMoinBugs. It will become easy for contributors to list/search/sort between bugs if we are able to host some bug management tool ( can be Bugzilla ) for effectively handling the bugs. To add, currently - a potential contributor will have to click on each link in the Moin Bug list, and see priority and other comments, which makes it difficult for them.
