All team members are welcome to contribute by either creating new documentation or transferring existing documentation from the wiki.fsfe.org.
The step-by-step guide will help you at the process.
This project tries to make accessible all relevant documentation for contributing to the goal of the FSFE: Empower people to control technology. It does so by trying to conform to Adam Scott's eight rules for good documentation. It should:
- be inviting and clear;
- be comprehensive, detailing all aspects of the project;
- be skimmable;
- offer examples of how to use the software;
- have repetition, when useful.
- be up-to-date;
- be easy to contribute to;
- be easy to find.
